Lexa Hough joins Deephaven with 10+ years of experience in relationship and business management in Human Resources, Logistics, Retail and Financial Industries. She most recently was at LPL Financial where she was the HR Business Partner for the Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments. She helped develop and integrate the Cultural Transformation from Value Proposition to final concept. Lexa has led the execution of multiple employee training and development conferences for internal employees looking to grow in their career but not yet in leadership positions. At LPL Financial, she was co-chair of the Young Professionals ERG shortly after joining the organization, where she used her experience as co-chair position on the Women’s ERG at Family Dollar to develop a framework and help achieve ERG of the year in 2018. In her Logistics years, she helped redesign and implement software programing to increase productivity end-user satisfaction, leading to speaking at the annual Oracle Transportation Convention in Philadelphia, PA in 2012. Lexa earned her MBA at Queens University in 2018, concentrating in Leadership and Change Management.
