Aaron Drago joined Deephaven in January 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the continuous optimization and performance of all daily operations; focusing primarily on the twin goals of maximizing customer satisfaction and driving long-term, sustainable growth. Aaron is a seasoned financial services executive with a track record for transforming large lending institutions into models of operational excellence.. Most recently, he served as Chief Operations Officer for the Southeast and Mountain West divisions of Guaranteed Rate. Prior to Guaranteed Rate, he held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and Bank of America. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
