With nearly three decades of experience, Deon has held titles as a branch manager and district manager in the retail banking industry but has spent most of his career serving the wholesale channel as a regional sales manager and account executive. After he noticed Deephaven expanding in the Northern California market, Deon knew he wanted to be part of that growth and joined Deephaven in 2023. Outside of work, Deon’s family comes first and foremost. They enjoy getting outdoors and spending time on the water… especially on a boat in the California Delta!
